Well 2020 was set to be such a busy year full of THE most amazing weddings and celebrations. Along came a virus, that no-one could ever prepare us for, and everything changed! It literally bought weddings and wedding planning to a stand still for a lot of Brides and Grooms!
I (Chloe) was supposed to get married in August 2020 and Alex had just got engaged before the March lock down, halting all kinds of celebrations, venue visits and the important dress search. When we say ‘we understand’, we do! There’s been so many postponed weddings and so many heartaches but we are all in this together!
The uncertainty and not knowing was the most toughest challenge for a lot of people and still is. How long was this going to last? Should we plan for minimum numbers? Should we continue as normal? But what you need to remember is, it needs to be right for you!
We feel very lucky to have shared the intimate wedding experiences so far with our brides who have tied the knot this year. We’ve seen some photos and wow, you literally can’t tell its any different! Although different to how you planned it, a huge congratulations to every single one of you – you did it!!
We are also continuing to support our brides who have postponed – helping them feel relaxed about the next steps with us and also helping to create that excitement again.
A huge thank you to all of our suppliers and brides who have continued to support us throughout the ‘new normal’ and throughout our expansion. We are very lucky to be working with you all!
